About Me (Dr. Suchy)

Veterinarian providing canine progesterone testing and breeding management

I am a 2012 graduate of Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine with long-standing interests in canine reproductive health and breeding management. While my career path led me to clinic ownership and general practice, my passion for reproductive care has remained central to my work.

In response to a growing community need, I am launching a limited reproductive health service with the goal of thoughtful and purposeful growth.  Initially, I will offer ovulation timing and diagnostic support, with plans to expand the service to semen collection and insemination services and eventually scheduled Cesarean sections as the program develops.

I also offer PennHIP evaluations and Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) radiographs and submissions in support of health-centered breeding decisions.

I enjoy working with purposeful, responsible breeders who value preparation, medical oversight, and a collaborative veterinary relationship as we thoughtfully build this service together.
