Appointment Confirmation Required

Appointments must be confirmed when you receive a confirmation message.

Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled 12 hours before the scheduled time (48 hours for surgery appointments).

If an appointment is canceled and you still wish to be seen, we will accommodate you if availability allows. Otherwise, you will need to reschedule.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • $35.00 non-refundable fee required to book. Fee applied to your bill at time of service.

  • Deposit is forfeited if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • Deposit is refundable (minus a $10.00 service fee) if canceled with more than 24 hours notice.

  • Appointments can only be rescheduled once; cancellations after rescheduling forfeit the deposit.

Same Day & Urgent Care:

  • Reserved for Sick Pets that need to be seen immediately

  • Limited Appointments Daily

Appointments for Non-Urgent Medical Services

General Health Appointments are designed to maintain your pet's overall health and address non-urgent medical needs. Perfect for healthy pets, new puppy/kitten visits, medication refills, and new patient establishment. These appointments may also include heartworm testing, lab work, and general check-ups.

Pets that are sick or injured require Same-Day Appointments for urgent care. Please call WVAH Gladstone or WVAH Clackamas for availability.
