Appointment Confirmation Required
Appointments must be confirmed when you receive a confirmation message.
Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled 12 hours before the scheduled time (48 hours for surgery appointments).
If an appointment is canceled and you still wish to be seen, we will accommodate you if availability allows. Otherwise, you will need to reschedule.
Medical Exam
Non-Urgent Concerns can best be categorized as medical concerns that can wait until a next available appointment and do not require an urgent care exam within 12-24 hours
Appointment Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable fee is required to book. Fee applied to your bill at time of service.
Deposit is refundable if canceled with more than 24 hours notice.
Appointments can only be rescheduled once; cancellations after rescheduling forfeit the deposit.

Reserved for Sick Pets that need to be seen immediately

Urgent Care Exams do not replace an Annual Wellness Exam. Some Urgent Care Exams may require a follow up Wellness Exam in order to continue preventive care such as vaccinations and chronic medications.
